Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and carry 50+ lbs
- Able to work on feet for 8+ hours a day
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings

- Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of manual espresso equipment for baristas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for coffee and bakery products
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming them to the cafe and engaging throughout their experience
- Determine guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Take guests’ orders using the point-of-sale register
- Execute all Tatte product and packaging standards
- Deliver coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintain clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- Actively support cafe cleanliness and visual brand standards
- Comply with safety and sanitation standards and adhere to policies and procedures
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and specifications
- Operate barista station equipment according to standards
- Keep bar and equipment clean and sanitary
- Deliver artistic espresso beverages
- Perform other duties as assigned
