Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment for barista positions
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, afternoons, and evenings
Job Duties
- Provide gracious and high-quality service by welcoming guests and engaging with them throughout their experience
- Determine guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Have comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Take guests' orders using the point-of-sale system
- Execute all Tatte product and packaging standards
- Deliver coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintain clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- Actively maintain and support cafe cleanliness and visual brand standards
- Comply with and follow all safety and sanitation standards
- Prepare and serve beverages according to Tatte recipes and specifications
- Operate Barista station equipment according to standards
- Keep bar and equipment clean and sanitary
- Deliver artistic espresso beverages
- Perform other duties as assigned
