Job Requirements
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate warmly and effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work on feet for 8 or more hours a day
- Capability to lift and carry over 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must follow all safety, sanitation standards, and company policies
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, holidays, and afternoons/evenings
- For baristas, ideally have at least 1 year of experience using manual espresso equipment in fast-paced cafe settings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience as a barista preferred for barista roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Passion for coffee culture and hospitality
- Knowledge of point-of-sale or cash register operation
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and presentation standards

- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming and engaging with them throughout their experience
- Determine guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Have comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products including bakery and savory items
- Take guests' orders using the point-of-sale system
- Execute all Tatte product and packaging standards
- Deliver coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintain clean and well-stocked café stations
- Actively maintain and support café cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- Comply with and follow all safety and sanitation standards and company policies
- Operate barista station equipment according to standards
- Prepare and serve beverages according to Tatte recipes and presentation guidelines
- Deliver artistic espresso beverages
- Answer guests' questions about offerings
- Other duties as assigned
