Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work part-time including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of coffee and cafe products preferred
- customer service experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- barista experience preferred for barista positions
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- provide gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming and engaging with them throughout their experience
- determine guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- have comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- take guests’ orders using the point-of-sale system/register
- execute all Tatte product and packaging standards
- deliver coffee beverages and food to guests
- maintain clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- support cafe cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- comply with safety and sanitation standards and adhere to policies and procedures
- other duties as assigned
