Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- ability to work on feet for extended periods
- comply with safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming them to the cafe and engaging throughout their experience
- determine guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- have comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- take guests' orders using the point-of-sale system
- execute all Tatte product and packaging standards
- deliver coffee beverages and food to guests
- maintain clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- actively maintain and support cafe cleanliness and visual brand standards
- comply with and follow all safety and sanitation standards while adhering to policies and procedures
- prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and specifications
- answer guests' questions about offerings
- operate all barista station equipment according to standards
- keep bar and equipment clean and sanitary
- deliver beautiful and artistic espresso beverages
- other duties as assigned
