Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
- Must be able to work eight or more hours on feet

- At least one year of barista experience preferred for barista team members

Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming and engaging with them throughout their experience
- Determines guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Has comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Takes guests' orders using point-of-sale system/register
- Executes all Tatte product and packaging standards
- Delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintains clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- Actively maintains cafe cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- Complies with all safety and sanitation standards
- Prepares and serves beverages according to recipes and specifications
- Answers guests' questions about offerings
- Operates barista station equipment to standards
- Keeps bar equipment clean and well-stocked
- Delivers artistic espresso beverages
- Performs other duties as assigned
