Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to handle cash register and point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, afternoons, and evenings
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Must comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of coffee menu, bakery, and savory offerings
- Experience in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and teamwork
- Baristas ideally have 1 year of experience using manual espresso equipment
- Ability to work on feet for long hours
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds
Job Duties
- Provide gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming and engaging with them
- Determine guests' needs through questions and product knowledge
- Take guests' orders using the point-of-sale system/register
- Execute all product and packaging standards
- Deliver coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintain clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- Support cafe cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- Operate barista station equipment according to standards
- Prepare and serve beverages following recipes and presentation standards
- Keep the bar clean and well-stocked
- Deliver artistic espresso beverages
- Comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
