Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Availability to work on feet for 8+ hours per day
- Ability to lift, move, and carry over 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of coffee and cafe products preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of menu items
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming them to cafes and engaging throughout their experience
- Determine guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Have comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Take guests' orders using point-of-sale system/register
- Execute all product and packaging standards
- Deliver coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintain clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- Support cafe cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- Comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and specifications
- Operate barista station equipment
- Keep bar and equipment clean and stocked
- Deliver artistic espresso beverages
- Perform other duties as assigned
