Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for baristas
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to grasp and reach overhead
- Must be able to lift, move, and carry 50+ lbs
- Must be able to work 8+ hours per day on feet
- Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation standards
- E-Verify employment eligibility

- Engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills
- Passion for and deep knowledge of coffee menu, bakery, and savory offerings
- Genuine hospitality and desire to help where needed
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, afternoons, and evenings
- At least 1 year of barista experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe for baristas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift, move, and carry 50+ lbs
- Ability to work 8+ hours on feet
Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming them and engaging throughout their experience
- Determines guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Has comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Takes guests' orders using the point-of-sale system/register
- Executes all Tatte product and packaging standards
- Delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintains clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- Actively maintains and supports cafe cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- Complies with all safety and sanitation standards while adhering to policies and procedures
- Prepares and serves beverages according to Tatte recipes and specifications
- Answers guests' questions about offerings
- Operates barista station equipment according to standards
- Keeps the bar and equipment clean and sanitary
- Delivers beautiful and artistic espresso beverages
- Other duties as assigned
