Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate warmly and effectively with guests
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, afternoons, and evenings
- Must be able to work on feet for extended hours
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 pounds
- Prior experience as a barista with manual espresso equipment preferred for barista positions
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of barista experience preferred for barista roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee and food products is a plus
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift over 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming and engaging with them throughout their experience
- Determines guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Takes orders using the point-of-sale system and processes transactions accurately
- Executes all product and packaging standards
- Prepares and serves or delivers coffee beverages and food according to Tatte's recipes and specifications
- Operates barista station equipment and maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Maintains clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- Actively supports cafe cleanliness and visual brand standards
- Complies with all safety, sanitation, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Delivers beautiful and artistic espresso beverages
