Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- ability to lift, move, and carry 50+ lbs
- able to work 8+ hours a day while standing
- strong communication skills
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- at least 1 year barista experience using manual espresso equipment (for barista candidates)

- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of barista experience preferred for barista roles
- prior experience in fast-paced restaurant or café environment
- strong communication skills
- demonstrated knowledge of coffee and bakery products
- ability to work well in a team

Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming and engaging throughout the experience
- determines guests’ needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- has comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- takes guests’ orders using point-of-sale system/register
- executes all Tatte product and packaging standards
- delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
- maintains clean and well-stocked café stations
- actively maintains and supports café cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- complies with all safety and sanitation standards while adhering to policies
- prepares and serves beverages according to Tatte recipes and specifications
- operates barista station equipment according to standards
- keeps bar and equipment clean and sanitary
- delivers artistic espresso beverages
- performs other duties as assigned
