Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of coffee and bakery products
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift over 50 pounds
- Must comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant preferred
- For barista roles, at least 1 year of experience using manual espresso equipment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee, bakery, and savory food products
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Basic math skills to operate point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming and engaging with them
- Determines guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Takes guest orders accurately using point-of-sale system/register
- Executes all Tatte product and packaging standards
- Delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintains clean, organized, and well-stocked café stations
- Actively supports café cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- Complies with all safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Prepares and serves beverages according to Tatte recipes and specifications
- Operates barista equipment according to standards
- Keeps bar and equipment clean and sanitary
- Delivers artistic espresso beverages
- Performs other duties as assigned
