Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
- Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Ability to operate point-of-sale technology
- Commitment to hygiene and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment preferred for barista positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee, bakery, and savory menu items
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming and engaging with them throughout their visit
- Determines guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Takes guest orders using the point-of-sale system and processes transactions accurately
- Executes all Tatte product and packaging standards
- Delivers coffee beverages and food to guests promptly and courteously
- Maintains clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- Supports cafe cleanliness, visual, and brand standards actively
- Complies with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Operates barista station equipment according to standards
- Prepares and serves beverages following Tatte recipes and specifications
- Delivers artistic espresso beverages
- Answers guests' questions about menu offerings
- Performs other related tasks as assigned
