Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work varied shifts in afternoons and evenings
- Ability to work 8 or more hours on feet
- Ability to lift, move, and carry 50+ lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience with manual espresso equipment for barista roles
- Must live by company core values
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced restaurant or café (for barista positions)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee, bakery items, and hospitality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Commitment to company core values and mission
Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming and engaging with them throughout their experience
- Determines guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Takes guests' orders using point-of-sale system/register
- Executes all Tatte product and packaging standards
- Delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintains clean and well-stocked café stations
- Actively maintains and supports café cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- Complies with safety and sanitation standards and company policies
- Prepares and serves beverages according to recipes and specifications
- Operates barista station equipment according to standards
- Keeps barista area clean and well-stocked
- Delivers artistic espresso beverages
- Performs other duties as assigned
