Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience as barista for barista positions
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexibly including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- endurance to stand for long periods
- commitment to team collaboration and guest service
- adherence to hygiene and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of barista experience using manual espresso equipment (barista position)
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of coffee and bakery products preferred
- ability to lift 50+ pounds
- ability to stand for 8+ hours
- flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming and engaging them throughout their experience
- determines guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- has comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- takes guests' orders using point-of-sale systems
- executes all Tatte product and packaging standards
- delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
- maintains clean and well-stocked café stations
- actively maintains and supports café cleanliness and visual brand standards
- complies with and follows all safety and sanitation standards at all times while adhering to policies and procedures
- prepares and serves beverages according to Tatte recipes and specifications (baristas)
- operates all barista station equipment according to standards
- keeps the bar clean and sanitary and well-stocked with inventory
- delivers beautiful and artistic espresso beverages (baristas)
- performs other duties as assigned
