Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- At least 1 year of barista experience preferred for baristas
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

- Experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment preferred for baristas
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of coffee and bakery products
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Engage with guests warmly and provide gracious high-quality service
- Have comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Take guests' orders using point-of-sale system
- Execute all Tatte product and packaging standards
- Deliver coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintain clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- Comply with safety and sanitation standards at all times
