Job Requirements

Ability to work part-time with flexible availability
Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
Must be able to reach overhead and maintain physical stamina
Strong customer service orientation
Knowledge of coffee and food products
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
Willingness to learn and adhere to safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 1 year experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment for barista roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for coffee, bakery, and savory products
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
