Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as barista (for barista position)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Adherence to safety and sanitation policies
- Eligibility to work in the United States

- Knowledge of cafe or restaurant operations
- Experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment (preferably at least 1 year)

Job Duties
- Provide gracious and high-quality service by welcoming guests and engaging throughout their experience
- Determine guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Take guests' orders using the point-of-sale system/register
- Execute all Tatte product and packaging standards
- Deliver coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintain clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- Support cafe cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- Comply with safety and sanitation standards while adhering to policies and procedures
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and specifications
- Operate barista station equipment according to standards
- Keep bar and equipment clean and sanitary
- Deliver artistic espresso beverages
- Perform other duties as assigned
