Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
at least one year of experience in a fast-paced café or customer service environment
strong communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
ability to stand for more than 8 hours a day
ability to lift 50+ pounds
willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills and presence
passion for and deep knowledge of coffee menu, bakery and savory offerings, and genuine hospitality
ability to work as part of a team and help where needed
flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, holidays, and afternoons/evenings
at least one year of experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced restaurant/café (ideal for baristas)
strong knowledge of Tatte products

Job Duties

Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming and engaging with them throughout their experience
determine guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
has comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
takes guests' orders using the point-of-sale system/register
executes all Tatte product and packaging standards
delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
maintains clean and well-stocked café stations
actively maintains and supports café cleanliness and visual/brand standards
complies with and follows all safety and sanitation standards at all times
operates all barista station equipment according to standards
prepares and serves or delivers beverages according to Tatte recipes and specifications
answers guests' questions about offerings
follows all recipe and presentation standards for beverages
keeps the bar clean and sanitary and well-stocked with inventory
delivers beautiful and artistic espresso beverages
performs other duties as assigned
