Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Basic math skills and cash handling ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality service

Job Duties
- Live our core values by demonstrating guest service, excellence, commitment, integrity, and top quality at all times
- Provide outstanding in-store service for dry cleaning and laundry pick-up and drop-off customers
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- build rapport, identify needs, and resolve issues or complaints professionally
- Perform check-in and check-out tasks, tag and spot-check garments, and organize items per customer requests
- Accurately calculate prices and handle cash and credit transactions
- Ensure all garments meet Tide Dry Cleaners' quality standards
- Help train new employees in store procedures and processes
- Open and close the store, set and meet daily goals, and maintain a clean, organized counter area
- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, while standing for extended periods
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
