Job Requirements
- Ability to work evenings and weekend days
- Availability to work Tuesday through Sunday with Mondays and Wednesdays off
- Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain
- OLCC handlers' card or willingness to obtain
- Fluent Spanish-speaking skills
- Experience working with cash registers
- Ability to perform closing procedures
- Must be open-minded, fun-loving, self-starter, hard-working, multitasker, and team player
Job Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience in front-of-house service
- Knowledge of food handling and OLCC regulations or willingness to obtain certifications
- Ability to use point-of-sale systems such as Square
- Basic bartending skills or willingness to be trained
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers at the counter and bar
- Handle cash register and process transactions accurately using Square
- Prepare and serve limited menu drinks including margaritas, palomas, mojitos, and beer
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house areas
- Support dish pit operations and help with dishwashing duties when needed
- Perform closing procedures such as cash drawer reconciliation
- Engage with customers in a friendly and social manner, both in person and on the phone
