Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old due to alcohol service requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work under stress
- People person who enjoys educating customers about food
- High-energy, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Ability to work and have fun in a diverse team

- Passionate about food
- Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit
- Ability to speak or understand Spanish is a plus although not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in restaurants preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food and customer service
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about Italian cuisine and pasta making
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
- Possession or willingness to obtain a Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit is preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate and uphold our company core values at all times
- Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta
- Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience
- Communicate effectively with delivery drivers such as UberEats and DoorDash to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms
- Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area
- Collaborate with back of house team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish
- Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed
- Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome
- Perform other duties as necessary or assigned
