Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Basic computer skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and motor vehicle record check as applicable
- Physically capable of standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching overhead, gripping, squatting, and carrying products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer skills
- Math skills applicable to retail operations
- Ability to distinguish between colors accurately
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Team player mindset
- Bilingual ability in Spanish and English preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, delivery, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Greet and advise customers on product selection and usage
- Assist customers in store and over the phone with questions and orders related to paint and coating products
- Prepare paint orders by mixing and tinting to customer specifications
- Accurately identify and match paint colors
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer
- Assist with inventory management and processing of incoming stock
- Load and unload materials and delivery vehicles
- Occasionally deliver products using a company vehicle
- Provide high-level customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with coworkers and management to maintain smooth workflow
- Perform miscellaneous tasks such as stocking and cleaning
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management
