Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must distinguish differences between colors
- Must be able to pass background and MVR checks as applicable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
- Good math skills
- Ability to distinguish colors accurately
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
- Prior experience in retail, cashiering, delivery, or customer service a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and advise customers on product selection and use
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with questions and orders
- Prepare orders by mixing and tinting paint to customer specifications
- Accurately identify and match paint colors
- Process cash and credit card transactions and maintain cash drawer
- Assist with inventory and processing incoming stock
- Load and unload materials for customers and delivery vehicles
- Occasionally deliver products using a company vehicle
- Provide high level of customer service ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborate with coworkers and management to maintain workflow
- Perform miscellaneous tasks such as stocking and cleaning
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management
