Job Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in sales and customer service role is preferred
- ability to pass drug test screenings throughout employment
- reliable and dependable adherence to attendance and work schedules
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish connections
- attentive listening skills to understand customer needs and handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally
- basic knowledge of customer service principles, focusing on exceptional customer experiences
- proficiency in using standard office equipment including cash registers, computers and relevant software applications
- excellent organizational and time management skills to handle customer interactions effectively in a fast-paced environment
- capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- ability to stand for extended periods, and regularly lift and carry up to 40lbs
- pass a drug-screening pre-employment and randomly throughout employment
- possess reliable transportation to and from work

- stock showroom shelves with merchandise and ensure shelves are organized and tidy
- build customer loyalty through personalized service, exceeding customer expectations and fostering long-term relationships
- handle customer escalations promptly, addressing complex issues and ensuring their resolutions
- communicate leads and opportunities to inside and outside sales through CRM software
