- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic computer skills including ability to use point of sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point of sale system
- Suggest menu items based on guests' preferences
- Deliver prepared food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Itemize, total, and present checks for payment
- Verify comps and coupons for amounts and expiration dates
- Maintain cleanliness of designated areas and complete assigned side work
- Perform deep cleaning of in-use equipment including tables, chairs, coffee machines, and soda machines
