Job Requirements

Open and flexible availability including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
Consistent weekend availability and availability for special projects and releases
Valid and current Food Handlers License or ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate
1-2 years experience in food or beverage position
Preferred 1+ years customer facing experience
Preferred 1+ years cash handling experience
Ability to perform business math
Ability to multitask
Efficient communication
Ability to lift and move 30lbs
Ability to perform standard retail operations tasks including bending, twisting, climbing ladders or step stools
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

Valid Food Handlers License or ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate
1-2 years experience in food or beverage position
1+ years customer facing experience preferred
1+ years cash handling experience preferred
Ability to perform business math

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer experience with visually appealing and delicious desserts
Practice and master plating and presentation techniques
Clean and maintain industrial kitchen equipment
Manage inventory levels proactively
Apply the iconic "Swirl" presentation to desserts
Communicate inventory needs to management
Stay updated on company activations and brand partnerships
Follow all company processes, policies, and procedures
Adhere to food safety processes and policies
Meet scheduling and availability requirements
Assist management with housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and trash collection
Participate in physical inventories
Assist merchandising team with visual initiatives
