Job Requirements

  • availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • clean driving record
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • ability to operate computer software and systems
  • experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • work in tandem with member services director and team supporting the arrival and departure experience for guests staying on site
  • regularly communicate with member services and related departments to relay cottage status for needed repairs, services, etc
  • work with member services to maintain proper reservation information including the distribution of information on cottage status to staff
  • inspect cottages to ensure housekeeping standards are being maintained
  • work closely with housekeeping team(s) to prioritize cottages
  • meet guests and provide an overview of cottage and club upon check-in
  • work closely with all club departments to determine and inform related to arrival times of guests
