Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- willing and able to work part-time shifts on Friday-Saturdays 3:30PM-11:15PM and Sundays-Mondays 3:30PM-10:15PM including weekends and holidays
- one year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant preferred
- fine dining experience preferred

Job Duties
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately
- collect payments and follow cash handling procedures
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and work areas
- pack and complete orders according to guest preferences
- label and date products per safety regulations
- perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- unload and stock warehouse orders, ensuring organization of supplies
- address guest complaints and report any unusual circumstances to management
