Job Requirements
- Willing to work 3 days per week 5-7 hour evening shifts between Fridays and Saturdays 3:30pm-11:30pm and Sundays and Mondays 3:30pm-9:30pm
- Prior food and beverage experience preferred
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Five plus years of prior food and beverage experience in a high-paced environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evening shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner making them feel welcome
- Demonstrate knowledge of selling techniques and service delivery for all menu items including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and assigned areas utilizing a silent service approach
- Itemize bills accurately and efficiently secure payment
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency
- Communicate effectively with management chefs and culinary staff to address guest requests and needs
- Perform side work and general cleaning of assigned stations
