Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to follow health and safety regulations and company policies
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior experience in fine dining as a Busser or Food Runner is preferred
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant operations is preferred
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Food Servers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned tables and food and beverage stations
- Remove dirty dishes and debris from tables and supply tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments
- Sweep and mop floors and empty garbage as needed
- Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station and assist with proper stock rotation
- Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom
- Run food orders to guests as required by the department
