Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a restaurant setting preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to follow health and safety regulations and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of prior experience in fine dining as a Busser or Food Runner is preferred
  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant operations is preferred
  • Willing and able to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Food Servers and team members
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned tables and food and beverage stations
  • Remove dirty dishes and debris from tables and supply tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments
  • Sweep and mop floors and empty garbage as needed
  • Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station and assist with proper stock rotation
  • Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom
  • Run food orders to guests as required by the department
