Job Requirements
- Two years of bartending experience
- willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays specifically Friday through Monday 3:30 pm to 10:15 pm
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- capability to handle cash transactions accurately
- effective communication skills
- ability to train and mentor junior staff
- knowledge of inventory management
- professionalism in addressing guest concerns
Job Qualifications

- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong teamwork and communication abilities
- prior experience in a similar hospitality environment preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring all equipment and tools are in good working order
- demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections
- handle cash transactions, including ringing beverages, collecting payments, and preparing daily reports
- train and mentor Apprentice Bartenders and Bar Porters on bar operations and guest service
- maintain inventory levels in accordance with set pars and internal controls, and request products as needed
- address guest complaints within your authority and report any unusual circumstances to management
