Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Receptionist or clerical experience
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
- Ability to lift or move items weighing up to approximately 15 pounds
- Comfortable frequent sitting and standing
- Occasional walking within the clinic area

- Strong technology skills
- Some knowledge of cosmetology salon services preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for salon patrons providing professional and friendly customer service in person and by phone
- Schedule confirm and manage appointments for salon services in coordination with instructors and student availability
- Greet patrons assist with check-in and check-out procedures and direct them to appropriate service areas
- Maintain and organize client records service cards and appointment logs in accordance with program and College procedures
- Process payments issue receipts and balance daily transactions in accordance with College financial procedures
- Ensure all required patron forms waivers and chemical service documentation are completed and filed appropriately
- Monitor front-desk and reception areas to maintain a clean organized and welcoming environment including but not limited to removing trash sweeping etc. to maintain required state board sanitation standards
- Communicate clinic schedules service availability and program information to patrons and the public
- Track supply needs and notify the School Manager or instructor of items requiring replenishment
- Support instructors and students with administrative and clerical tasks related to clinic operations
