Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years customer experience or receptionist experience
- Competent computer skills
- Strong people skills
- Availability to work variable shifts
- Not currently enrolled in Cosmetology, Nail Technology, or Esthetician programs
- Employees working in cosmetology cannot enroll in the related programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of customer experience and/or receptionist experience

- Ability to work variable shifts
- Experience related to cosmetology preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain reception area in a clean and organized manner
- Schedule appointments for clientele over the phone and walk-ins
- Assist customers with obtaining services
- Collect payments for services and retail sales
- Handle front desk duties
- Answer phones
- Sell retail
- Finalize sales
- Handle money and tips
- Provide client customer service
- Perform other salon duties such as cleaning and laundry
