Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Availability to work opening and morning shifts
  • Pass a drug screening and background check

  • Ability to follow safety and workplace policies

Job Qualifications

  • Previous retail or cashier experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and openings
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions

Job Duties

  • Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service in the cosmetics department
  • Assist customers with product information and recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cosmetics area
  • Ensure compliance with company policies including safety and drug-free workplace rules
  • Stock merchandise and assist with inventory management
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally
