Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work part-time including mid-shift and closing shifts
- pass background check and drug screening
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or cashier experience is an asset
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shifts and closing shifts
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- handle cash, credit, and other payment methods
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout and cosmetics areas
- respond to customer inquiries about products and assist with product recommendations
- ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
