Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or cashier roles preferred
- Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
- Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Familiarity with cosmetic products and retail merchandising is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including mid-shifts and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately in the cosmetics department
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting and answering questions about cosmetic products
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the cosmetics area
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays and ensuring products are properly labeled
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods responsibly
- Adhere to Walmart’s policies and procedures, including maintaining a drug-free workplace
