Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand for extended periods
- good physical condition to lift and stock products
- able to work part-time hours
- basic proficiency with technology and cash register systems
- commitment to a drug-free workplace
- compliance with all Walmart policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or cashier experience is an asset
- strong customer service and communication skills
- basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shifts and closing shifts
Job Duties
- greet customers and assist with cosmetic product inquiries
- operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cosmetics department
- ensure shelves are stocked and displays are attractive
- respond to customer concerns or direct them to appropriate personnel
- comply with all company policies including safety and security procedures
