Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work part-time shifts including opening and morning hours
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Commitment to abide by Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or cashier experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible part-time shifts including mornings and openings
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately
- Familiarity with cosmetics products is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
- Assist customers with cosmetics product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cosmetics department
- Restock cosmetics shelves and displays as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments securely
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience
