Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
able to work part-time hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
must have reliable transportation
ability to stand for extended periods
able to comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
basic math skills
customer-focused attitude

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous cashier or retail experience beneficial
strong communication and customer service skills
ability to handle cash transactions responsibly
basic knowledge of cosmetic products is a plus
ability to work mid-shift and closing hours
teamwork and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

greet and assist customers in the cosmetics department
accurately process cash, credit, and electronic transactions
ensure the cosmetics area is clean, organized, and fully stocked
answer customer questions regarding products and policies
handle customer complaints calmly and effectively
maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations
support inventory management and product placement
