Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
- must be 18 years or older
- effective communication skills
- willingness to accept varying shifts and occasional evening or weekend work
- ability to follow instructions and use hand tools if necessary
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or merchandising experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to read diagrams and instructions
- proficiency with smartphones or tablets for reporting
- ability to work independently
- good interpersonal skills for relationship building
Job Duties
- perform cosmetic merchandiser duties including planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, cleaning and stocking shelves, retagging, and product rotation for cosmetic brands
- participate in ensuring store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms
- accurately report daily hours worked via an online portal
- photograph finished assignments and report to district manager
- partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management
- adapt to changing work schedules including occasional evenings or weekends
