Job Duties
- Provide continuous attention to customer needs
- Greet, assist, and thank customers promptly, courteously, and kindly
- Offer product suggestions when appropriate
- Store and rotate department products to ensure freshness and date control
- Restock and use supply items efficiently to eliminate waste and maintain low supply costs
- Operate department equipment and tools
- Maintain work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Report defective equipment and hazards to management
- Notify management about theft, shoplifting, unauthorized markdowns, property defacement, or any illegal actions
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned
