Job Duties
- Provide continuous attention to customer needs
- greet, assist, and thank customers promptly, courteously, and kindly
- offer product suggestions when appropriate
- store and rotate department products to ensure freshness and date control
- restock and use supply items efficiently to eliminate waste and maintain lowest supply cost
- operate department equipment and tools
- keep the work area clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards
- report defective equipment and hazards to management
- notify management of team member theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized markdowns, property defacement, or any illegal and/or policy-violating action
- perform other related job duties as assigned
