Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
experience in food preparation and supervision
ability to train and instruct others
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
ability to work holidays and every other weekend
willingness to travel as needed
ability to use computer software for recipe preparation

Job Qualifications

Experience preparing and directing others in cooking and baking foods such as meats, vegetables, breads, desserts, bag lunches, and special occasion meals
experience training or teaching others food preparation, cooking, baking, meat cutting, and processing skills
experience maintaining cleanliness and ensuring food safety
knowledge of sanitation standards and compliance

Job Duties

Oversee daily production of meals
plan menus and procure supplies
train and supervise Persons In Our Care (PIOC) food service workers
maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
ensure food safety compliance
communicate dietary and menu changes to staff
care for and clean kitchen equipment
