Job Requirements

must be a resident of the State of Wisconsin
legally authorized to work in the United States
pass criminal background checks
submit to fingerprinting
pass pre-employment drug screen
knowledge of proper food handling methods
experience with institutional food preparation
ability to supervise others
adhere to sanitation and safety standards
availability for limited-term employment

Job Qualifications

experience with standardized recipes
ability to use and care for kitchen tools and equipment
knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment for large-scale food preparation
experience leading food preparation activities efficiently

training or experience in food service leadership
