Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one year of experience in institutional food preparation and food services or commercial food service management or as a Correctional Officer
- eligibility for certification by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission
- ability to work any shift including rotating or split shifts
- willingness to work mandatory overtime
- capability to manage offender supervision in food service operations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one year of experience in institutional food preparation and food services
- experience in management of commercial food service operations
- experience as a Correctional Officer
- or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- eligibility for certification by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission
