Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Valid PA driver’s license
  • Computer knowledge
  • Minimum of 1 year front desk experience
  • Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Communication skills - written and verbal
  • Able to maintain a flexible schedule
  • Child Protection Clearances including PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check
  • Must align with the mission of The Salvation Army

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in person and via telephone
  • Manage front desk administrative tasks efficiently
  • Assist clients in identifying and obtaining community resources and services
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Support communication between Commanding Officers, Family Services Administrator, and clients
  • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor representing The Salvation Army
