Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate travel management experience
  • Proficiency with Concur or comparable T&E platform
  • Strong understanding of travel policies and compliance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage and influence teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Residency in Indiana (Indianapolis area) required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years in corporate travel management or related roles
  • Proven experience with T&E reporting and program management
  • Expertise with Concur or similar T&E platforms
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies and compliance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Analytical mindset with solid business acumen
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work collaboratively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Travel and tourism certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute global travel and expense strategy aligned with corporate goals
  • Define, implement, and improve T&E policies, processes, and performance metrics
  • Maintain and update travel policies and training materials ensuring compliance
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with travel service providers
  • Administer corporate card program including issuance and expense reimbursement processes
  • Develop and deliver training on travel policies and systems
  • Manage travel documentation and support for global travelers
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance travel program delivery and user experience
