Job Requirements

  • Comfortable working any 8-hour assigned shift Monday-Friday 5:00am-6:00pm Pacific Standard Time
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in corporate travel counseling
  • Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems or willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple computer applications
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home work environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a corporate travel counselor
  • Understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel reservations
  • Passion for excellence in corporate client service
  • Native Sabre proficiency preferred but not required
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to resolve client issues independently
  • Positive attitude towards teamwork and openness to feedback

Job Duties

  • Arrange and change domestic and international business travel for air, ground, rail, and lodging accommodations
  • Use various Global Distribution Systems including native Sabre and Amadeus
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
  • Act as a trusted consultant by using travel expertise to provide and sell additional services to clients while adhering to travel policies
  • Work individually and as a team to meet business goals including customer satisfaction, call adherence, and service metrics
  • Resolve client issues quickly and independently
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver creative and timely travel solutions
