Job Requirements
- Comfortable working any 8-hour assigned shift Monday-Friday 5:00am-6:00pm Pacific Standard Time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in corporate travel counseling
- Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems or willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple computer applications
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home work environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a corporate travel counselor
- Understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel reservations
- Passion for excellence in corporate client service
- Native Sabre proficiency preferred but not required
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to resolve client issues independently
- Positive attitude towards teamwork and openness to feedback
Job Duties
- Arrange and change domestic and international business travel for air, ground, rail, and lodging accommodations
- Use various Global Distribution Systems including native Sabre and Amadeus
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
- Act as a trusted consultant by using travel expertise to provide and sell additional services to clients while adhering to travel policies
- Work individually and as a team to meet business goals including customer satisfaction, call adherence, and service metrics
- Resolve client issues quickly and independently
- Collaborate with team members to deliver creative and timely travel solutions
