Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel
  • Experience using Sabre GDS system
  • Knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
  • Understanding of government travel requirements including visas and passports
  • Familiarity with federal travel regulations
  • Strong computer skills including typing and multitasking
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel
  • Experience using a GDS System, Sabre required, Amadeus a plus
  • Highly knowledgeable of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
  • Knowledgeable of government travel requirements, visas, and passports
  • Understanding of federal travel regulations, Fly America Act, and Open Skies Agreement
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Ability to learn and use multiple technology applications
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes
  • Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
  • Check queues daily to ensure accuracy and ticket completion
  • Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals
  • Provide travel expertise to clients including quotes for international travel and understanding travel rules
  • Meet KPIs including productivity and adherence to schedule
  • Communicate with airlines on flight changes, seating, and upgrades
  • Follow ADTRAV policies and procedures on servicing travelers
  • Provide excellent customer service and solve traveler issues empathetically
  • Collaborate with other agents to gather information and service travelers
  • Participate in ongoing training to build industry knowledge
  • Represent ADTRAV’s values and maintain effective relationships
  • Adhere to company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
